1. General Provisions
1.1 The Personal Data Policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On personal data”, dated July 27, 2006, and determines the procedure of personal data processing as well as personal data security measures implemented by CYONE LLC (hereinafter, the Operator).
1.2 The scope of this Personal Data Policy by the Operator (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) covers all and any information potentially received by the Operator about Users of the Website https://en.rnug.ru/ .

6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
6.1 Security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.2 The Operator ensures personal data security and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
6.3 In case of finding any inaccuracies in their personal data, the User can update them by sending a notice tagged “Updating of personal data” to the Operator’s e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
6.4 The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can at any moment revoke their consent to processing of their personal data by sending a notice tagged “Revoke my consent to my personal data processing” to the Operator’s e-mail address email@example.com.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 The User can contact the Operator at firstname.lastname@example.org to request additional information concerning any aspects of processing their personal data.
7.2 Any changes to the Personal Data Policy of the Operator will be reflected in this document. The Policy shall be valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
